The processing of personal data relating to (potential) criminal convictions and offences is based on section 8(3)-(5) of the Danish Data Protection Act according to which processing, including any disclosure, may take place when necessary for the purpose of pursuing a legitimate interest, which clearly overrides the interest of the data subject. If we have obtained your consent to a processing, you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal.
